The conditions of sale listed below are understood to be fully accepted by the customer upon placing the order.

The order proposal is binding for the buyer. The seller reserves the right to accept or decline the commission.

The prices indicated are current at the time of shipment of the goods, regardless of the date of ordering of the same.

Commercial interest will be applied to the extent of the official discount rate increased by 6.5 percentage points. The availability of the goods is not guaranteed and orders are processed based on stock availability.

The available goods will be shipped within 15 working days, the unavailable goods will be placed in "back order" and delivered later.

The delivery of the goods is scheduled on the ground floor, (entrance with a minimum width of 1.60 meters to allow the entry of an industrial "pallet truck") or in the adjacent area without impediments and steps.

In the event that the place of delivery is located in a restricted traffic area, the buyer undertakes to obtain the necessary transit permits. In the event that the package arrives damaged, collect the goods with reserve, otherwise the damage will not be compensated.

The goods travel by courier and the maximum compensation limit for vectorial liability is € 1.00 per kg (Article 1696 of the Italian Civil Code modified by decree 286/05). For the global compensation of the goods, at the time of the order, the customer must request an additional policy with the premium paid by the applicant. Legislative Decree of 9/11/2012 n. 192 Reimbursement of costs incurred for the recovery of outstanding payments.

The outstanding payments will be burdened with a lump sum of € 40.00 each plus the cost of interest as compensation for damage, without prejudice to proof of greater damage (legal assistance costs for credit recovery).
