HOURS: We are open from Monday to Friday during office hours. Shipping costs for the whole Italian territory are free for amounts above € 99, for lower amounts the shipping costs amount to € 9.90. Unlike for resellers, the conditions and parameters are calculated automatically during the purchase procedure. In the case of shipments abroad, the rate varies according to the amount and total weight of the items. The purchase documentation will also be included in the shipment (invoice / DDT / etc ...). We invite our customers to indicate the tax code, which is necessary for the guarantee. In the event that the customer makes use of the right of withdrawal, referred to in the paragraph below, or for any other reason, the goods regularly ordered, the shipping costs for the return of the goods to our warehouses are in any case fully charged to the customer. In this case, the customer will have to provide and bear the aforementioned shipping costs, and possibly, in case of non-payment of the same, Generalsound s.r.l. will take legal action to recover the aforementioned credit.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Purchases made on the Generalsound website are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), dictated in the matter of distance contracts, in cases where the delivery of the goods takes place at the domicile or place indicated by the purchaser, as these purchases are completed outside the business premises. The importance of the aforementioned legislation is substantiated in the provision for the purchaser of the right of withdrawal.

WHAT IS IT ABOUT? The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the conventional term of 15 days from receipt of the goods, returning the goods subject to withdrawal to the seller in full in all its parts, including packaging. It should be noted that in the case of prize operations (e.g. promotions), in which the purchase of an asset is combined with another asset that is sold at a ridiculously low price or even given as a gift, the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised with the return. of both goods subject to purchase, given the constraint of the accessibility of the good in promotion with respect to the first.

CAN I EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL? The legislation provides that the right of withdrawal can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE? Generalsound will reimburse all payments relating to the order subject to withdrawal received by the consumer, not including delivery costs and net of additional costs. However, the consumer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Generalsound will withhold the refund until receipt of the goods. The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be met if the consumer returns the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The consumer will in any case be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, functioning and integrity of the goods and their packaging.

WHAT DOES IT EXCLUDE? The right of withdrawal does not apply to audiovisual items or computer software delivered sealed, to items made to measure for the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. tailor-made covers, etc ...), to sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection o hygiene is not suitable for return (eg mouthpieces for wind instruments) or any other sealed product which, once opened, is impossible to sell (eg strings, etc ...).

HOW DO YOU EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL? The procedure is summarized below: Sending a communication containing a declaration of wanting to exercisethe right of withdrawal, indicating all the required data: order number, invoice number, the e-mail address with which you registered, which items must be subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the article code).

HOW DO YOU MAKE THE "RETURN" SHIPPING TO GENERALSOUND? 1. After having activated the withdrawal procedure, it is necessary to insert the original wrapping containing the goods in a special package, in order to protect the original wrapping of the items from any damage, writing or alteration. Generalsound reserves the right to refuse the goods received in the event of non-compliance with the above procedure, in addition, the Generalsound staff will assess the integrity of the product and its packaging, if even one of the following evaluation elements is not in perfect condition or missing in some of its parts, Generalsound reserves the right to devalue or not accept the return in question. 2. HOW LONG IS THE REFUND MADE? Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, Generalsound will carry out the evaluation of the object and, if necessary, credit the Customer.

WARNINGS Generalsound reserves the right as of now not to accept shipments of components or items that: - Do not contain original packaging, accessories and manuals; - The packaging has been damaged, worn or in any other way altered from the original. - Have been made without having activated the request for intervention to Generalsound Customer Service; - Have been made without following the delivery methods indicated by Generalsound Customer Service.
